RECENT CASES

Pastor Thomas was the strong and effective leader of this small church located on the Eastside of Jacksonville.  The church sued him after he previously requested to view the records of the church, as members had approached him about theft.  That demand was not headed, and the membership (some of those who oppossed the records being viewed) sought to remove him after he contacted the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office about the problem.  He continued to preach and was locked out of the church.  He preached outside the walls and his members continued to thrive despite the persecution.  A settlement was reached and the case was dismissed.  Pastor Thomas continues to thrive in his ministry and outreach to the residents of Jacksonville.
